Terms of Service for Mi Casa Fresh

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure clarity and protect both our company and our valued clients.
Services Offered
Mi Casa Fresh provides residential, office, move-in/out, deep, and post-construction cleaning throughout the Triangle area. All services are scheduled through our website or direct contact and carried out by trained, vetted independent contractors.
Scheduling & Cancellations

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum 24-hour notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any location that presents safety or sanitary concerns beyond our scope.
Payments

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept credit/debit cards and offer alternative payment options such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm.

Add-ons requested at time of cleaning may be invoiced separately.
Liability & Damages

Mi Casa Fresh is not liable for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed in advance.

While we take great care during every cleaning, clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables.

Any damage caused by proven negligence on our part must be reported within 24 hours for consideration.
Contractor Disclosure
All cleaners are independent contractors, not employees.
Mi Casa Fresh handles recruitment, vetting, and scheduling, but is not liable for behavior outside the scope of the assigned job or any unauthorized activity.
